  I went in while in Sarasota visiting my mom because she needed a random small part for her electric wheelchair. The owner was super nice, just happened to find the part I needed laying around and didn't charge me for it. He then proceeded to give me great advice on how to change her wheelchair batteries by myself, which saved us a lot of money and hassle. I would definitely go back with any furture needs.

  "I would rate Discount Medical Supply with the highest rating possible.  Their customer service is bar none the best.  I had to purchase a wheel chair for my husband and they were excellent at explaining all the different types.

I know you can purchase these items on line HOWEVER they put everything together for you and when you leave you are not only educated but ready to go.  If you ever have a problem a real person answers the phone.

Our experience was outstanding, customer service exceptional, and we are VERY satisfied with our purchase.  We highly recommend this store for medical supplies, they are definitely our first choice".

  We couldn’t have been happier. The owner was helpful, courteous, understanding. He helped us select the perfect model wheelchair for our needs. He spent lots of time choosing appropriate accessories, looking up specs on the computer, and in general making the experience very pleasant. We need more merchants like this!
